PRICES
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars, include Goods and Services Tax (G.S.T) and are exclusive of postal charges.

PAYMENT METHODS
Visa and Mastercard credit cards are accepted. You may direct credit or send a cheque however orders will not be sent until full payment has been received. Please notify us if you would like to pay by direct credit so we can forward bank account details to you.
Puku Design 2007 Ltd will send confirmation email once your payment has been received.

REFUNDS
Puku Design 2007 Ltd does everything in its power to deliver your goods in perfect condition, however if you are not satisfied with your garment please return the unused garment within 14 days of purchase. Garments will be refunded or you may exchange to the equivalent value, postage included. Before returning merchandise please contact us to discuss the details. Please mention the reason for your return so that we can improve our service or product in the future. We will not be liable for returns lost in transit. Return shipping will be charged at our normal rate.
All sale and clearance items are final sale and are not returnable.

FREIGHT
All deliveries will be dispatched to the courier within 2 working days of order and payment. Rural Delivery areas can take an extra day or two. We will notify by email customers in Australia and worldwide approximate delivery times.
